How to Identify Your Strengths as a Realtor
Superhero Customer Service for Realtors
Superman did swoop in, save the day, and disappear.
But here’s what mattered most.
The save was personal.
It wasn’t one-size-fits-all.
He paid attention to who needed help and what they actually needed in that moment.
That’s why people trusted him.
And that’s the lesson most Realtors miss.
The agents who build referral-heavy businesses don’t rely on generic service.
They care.
They notice.
They personalize.
They don’t treat clients like transactions.
They treat them like people navigating a stressful moment.
Here’s what that looks like in practice:
Be the connector.
Have a short, trusted list of movers, organizers, cleaners, handymen, dog walkers. Not a random list. A curated one.
Ask the question that changes everything.
“How can I make this move easier for you?”
The answer is different for every client. That’s the point.
Show up with what they need.
Boxes and tape for one client.
Extra reminders and checklists for another.
Support isn’t generic when it’s done well.
Make the welcome personal.
Skip standard gifts. Choose something that reflects how they’ll live in the home, not what looks good on social media.
Protect their mental energy.
Utility reminders. Change-of-address prompts.
Simple systems that say, “I’ve got you.”
This is how good service becomes memorable service.
And memorable service gets talked about.
That’s how referrals happen without asking.
It’s also how I coach.
I don’t use templates.
I don’t run people through the same playbook.
I care.
I personalize.
And my clients hit their goals because the plan actually fits their business.
If you want to build systems that feel personal instead of exhausting, let’s talk.
How do you save the day for your clients? Is coaching new realtors a thing?
You better believe it. There’s a reason thousands of realtors leave the field within the first two years of obtaining their license—the industry often does a piss-poor job training new agents. Finding a mentor within the industry is a viable option, but it can be hard convincing a successful…and incredibly busy…seasoned agent to take the time to show you the ropes.
And this is where a realtor coach can help.
What are the benefits of coaching for new realtors?
Think of you realtor coach as your fairy godmother or godfather, guiding you and sharing a wealth of knowledge that would take you a decade or more accrue. A good business coach will listen to your needs and help you prioritize your goals and dreams
But it’s not enough to have a clear vision of your goals. Any good coach knows you must also take proactive steps to make them happen. You must take action. When coaching with me set up up effective and efficient strategies to grow your business without the chaos.
